Well, if luck was said to be on the Flyers bench in the first 2 games, then perhaps a 3rd game will convince even the most skeptical spectator that the Flyers are doing something right. Sure they lost the first game but the goals were weak.
Scoring 3 times on 13 shots put the Flyers on even ground with the Habs. Unfortunately the better team did not win tonight - the habs out played, out-shot and uberfunessed the Flyers only to be stopped by Martin Biron 34 times.

The Flyers may feel like they were robbed. Leading the game all the way until the last 20 seconds only to have Kovalev even the score and then Kostopoulos finsih the game in OT before the first minute had passed.
Well, Huet won't be back in Montreal after all. The Flyers win a very close 3-2 OT victory in game 7 against the Caps and it bodes well for the Habs. The Canadiens beat Philli all four times in 2008: 5-3, 4-1, 1-0 & 5-2. Lets hope they can keep the streak up.
The tension is over. Boston didn't let up but the Habs advance into the 2nd round now more ready then ever. This might just be the toughest series the Habs will face on their road to the Cup.
Habs 1 - Bruins 0
This is the time of the year that we all live for, just great end-to-end hockey and the game could go either way. Locked in a 1 -1 tie the Habs charged into overtime with 3 great chances.
Read all the comments by CBC viewers - they all can't believe how insulting Don Cherry is towards a Canadiens team battling for a Stanley Cup. Its time for Don to retire.
In a game that was electric from first minute saw the habs out pace the Bruins and beat them to the puck down low. Even Montreal s checking line contributed to two goals to show that every line is ready for the playoffs.
The city has questioned the motives of a fire station in the east end that has painted "Go Habs Go" on their garage doors. When the city asked to remove the paint from the building, in a move of solidarity, other fire stations painted similar slogans on their stations as well.
Coach Guy Carbonneau has elected to have the players stay at the Hotel to avoid common distractions at this time of the year. He says neighbors and fans want to wish the players well but he needs his team all on the same page and focused on the game.
This might be Boston's best shot at revenge from 2002 when the Tricolor beat the Boston Bruins in 6 games to advance to the second round.
If Pittsburgh wins tomorrow the Habs will be bumped to 2nd place but will still face Boston in the first round no matter what since the Pens are playing the Flyers and the game result will mean the same thing for the Habs and Bruins.
The playoffs is time for every team to start fresh, the only problem is you never know in what shape your roster is going to be in. The Habs are down 3 of there best players and Grabovski was showing signs of finding his russian finess. Let's hope things clear up soon.
With 1 goal against in last six peroids of play, this kid is ready for the playoffs. The only goal he let in was a 5 - 3 powerplay. Lets see if Toronto will do it again to the Habs this year and stick it to us in the last game!
I hope the Tricolor can carry this confidence right into the playoffs. Image beating Ottawa without Saku, Francis or Komi on the blue line, look out Lord Stanley!
Sure the Leafs are out of the playoffs but they beat the Habs on Saturday and now Crosby and the Penguins are in First place. It will be interesting to see how the last game on Saturday against the Leafs will affect the final rank.
Habs out muscle the the sabers to tie it up with 14 seconds to go and win in it on OT with a goal from Chris Higgens. The Habs are on fire! 4-3 habs

Last year's final game of the season between the Leafs and Habs was about as exciting as hockey gets in the regular season. The Leafs edged the Canadiens out of a playoff spot and only missed becasue the Islanders beat the Devils (sans Brodeur).
A fight broke out in the second period and Roy's team lost 10-1 and...oh, wait, who cares - Roy's son isn't heading for the same success his father had. The whole thing is kind of sad.
The Habs showed that they would not be beaten again by Ottawa and solidified a spot in the post season with a 7-5 victory. The Canadiens owned the first 2 periods but the 3rd almost spelled an upset by the Sens as they rallied back from 7-1.
Tonight is a big game for both teams. The Tricolor are missing defensive powerhouse Mike Komisarek and Ottawa lost Chris Kelly on Saturday against the leafs. However, this is a typical scenario for this time of year and all it shows is how deep your team actually is.
Its not that Don Cherry ever has a problem getting his point across on HNIC, but the Torrey Mitchell's (Sharks) hit on Kurtis Foster (Wild) has underscored the need for more discussion.
Saku Koivu - Captain K - with a little bit of luck and a lot of skill, squeezed the puck past Boston's Tim Thomas to win 3-2 on S.O.
